Monster Wrangler is a 2D platformer developed in Unity, where players take on the role of a spacefaring Rancher living on an intergalactic monster ranch. When a group of mischievous creatures escapes, it’s up to the player to wrangle them back in. Set against the backdrop of a colorful, cosmic frontier, the game features one fully playable level and introduces core mechanics that blend platforming with light strategy.
To support the game’s release and expand its reach, a range of physical merchandise was created as part of the promotional campaign.
The target audience for Monster Wrangler is older teens and young adults (ages 16–24), as indie games often resonate with this demographic due to their unique mechanics and style. While the game is designed to appeal to this slightly older audience, it remains appropriate for most age groups. Monster Wrangler is rated E for Everyone, with content that includes mild cartoon violence, occasional mild language, and playful comic mischief.
