For this project, we were tasked with creating an 8-page, self-covering booklet that included a fold-out element and an interactive augmented reality feature. We were asked to choose a design studio or individual designer as the subject of the booklet. I chose mo man tai for their bold use of color and their commitment to sustainability—values I greatly admire. Their creative use of recycled materials really stood out to me and aligned with the kind of design I respect.
The final folio was required to include a portrait of the designer, a portfolio showcase, original vector designs, a die-cut element, and a colophon. Each component was thoughtfully integrated to reflect the vibrant, forward-thinking spirit of mo man tai’s work.
